Introduction to buckle
Buckle As the name implies, the object that is used to fasten the two objects is called a buckle, which is suitable for single and double doors and windows, cabinets and drawers that are pushed or pulled up and down.
The difference between the thickness and thinness of the buckle
The big difference is mainly in whether the buckle force and the tension force are deformed. The standard buckle is between 1.5 and 3.0. Less than 1.2 is non-standard and may cause safety problems.
General standards can refer to the following table:
The buckle for the car box: the material is required to be forged at high temperature, and the thickness is between 3mm-5mm.
The buckle of the vibration device type: It is required to be elastic and adjustable, and the thickness is between 3mm-2mm.
Outdoor wet type buckle: 304 stainless steel is required to be corrosion resistant. The thickness is between 1.5mm-2.5mm.
